Welcome to GEC Clearinghouse, currently hosted by the Central Plains Geriatric Education Center at the University of Kansas Medical Center. This website provides a clearinghouse for resources produced by Geriatric Education Centers located throughout the United States.
The purpose of the clearinghouse is to:- provide health professional faculty, practitioners, and students information on aging and geriatric education resources available through the GECs;
- encourage collaboration among geriatric education providers;
- reduce redundant efforts in geriatric education programming; and
- facilitate the identification of areas where further development of geriatric education materials is needed.
